Hotel Policies

Check In: 15:00 hours.
Check Out: 13:00 hours.

Guarantee policy:
A credit card is required in order to guarantee reservation.

Cancellation policy:
Must cancel within 24 hours prior to arrival date, in order to avoid fee charges.

No shows:
If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.

Extra person:
A 19.00 USD fee will be charged for every extra guest in the room.

Children:
7-year-old minors and younger are considered children. 8 years old and older pay full rate; 2 children under 7 can share the room with their parents.

Pets:
Pets are allowed paying a $350.00 MXN fee per night, per pet.

Overbooking policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from INTERNET POWER, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
